1. Gather your supplies: rolling paper, ground cannabis, a glass tip, and a grinder (if needed).

2. Grind your cannabis: Use a grinder to break down your cannabis into small, even pieces. This will ensure a smooth and even burn.

3. Prepare the glass tip: Take your glass tip and place it at the end of the rolling paper, with the flat end facing outwards. Make sure it is centered and aligned with the paper.

4. Fill the rolling paper: Sprinkle your ground cannabis along the length of the rolling paper, leaving some space at the end where the glass tip is placed.

5. Shape the joint: Use your fingers to evenly distribute the cannabis along the paper. Gently roll the paper back and forth between your fingers to shape the joint.

6. Tuck and roll: Start tucking the side of the rolling paper closest to you over the cannabis, using your thumbs and index fingers to guide the paper. Keep rolling until the glass tip is covered.

7. Lick and seal: Once the joint is rolled, moisten the adhesive strip of the rolling paper with your tongue or a damp cloth. Press it down to seal the joint.

8. Pack and twist: Gently tap the open end of the joint on a flat surface to pack the cannabis down. Twist the excess paper at the end to secure the joint.

9. Light and enjoy: Use a lighter or a match to ignite the tip of the joint. Inhale slowly and evenly, enjoying the smooth smoke produced by the glass tip.
